Need To Report a Violation?

The Centennial Commons Homeowners Association (CCHOA) strives to maintain a community that is both safe and pleasant for all members of the subdivision. We take all feedback and reports of covenant violations seriously and will handle each report to the best of our abilities.

If you have a violation to report, please do so using the form below after you have verified that the complaint is a clear violation of our covenants or any other Cobb County regulations.

Common Types of Violations

NOTE: In some instances, a report of a violation needs to come to the HOA as well as a call to Cobb County. See below for more information.

UNMAINTAINED FRONT/BACK YARDS

It is found and declared that uncontrolled weed growth on properties within unincorporated Cobb County is a health risk and undesirable in that it provides harborage for rodents and insects, lowers property values, and constitutes a public nuisance.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any property less than 40,000 square feet of property within any platted and recorded subdivision, to allow grass/weeds over 12 inches in height. After 20- day notice, the County shall cause the condition to be remedied at the expense of the property owner.

Leash Law

Animals are required to be on a leash when outside unless contained by a fence. Pet owners are responsible for collecting animal waste and disposing of it properly.

If you have a complaint or witness a violation, try to gather as much pertinent information as possible regarding the incident, including person’s name, address violation occurred, and/or any photos that detail the violation.

Garbage Collection

Garbage collectors may not operate between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Garbage cans filled with garbage can only be placed at the curb the evening before collection and should be removed by 11 p.m. on the day of collection.

Please remember that garbage cans should be stored where they are not an eyesore to your neighbors and those who drive by.

CODE ENFORCEMENT VIOLATIONS
