Event Descriptions

Monthly Meetings
We have monthly HOA meetings that are open to all homeowners in the community. Meetings are held in the clubhouse the third Monday of every month at 7pm. Please feel free to email the board with any topics that you would like to discuss ahead of time.
Bunco
What is bunco? As it is played today, bunco is a social dice game involving 100% luck and no skill (there are no decisions to be made), scoring and a simple set of rules. It is okay if you do not know how to play – you will catch on quick! All you need to do is bring your beverage of choice – yes, alcohol is permitted, but please be responsible – and a snack/appetizer to share with the group plus $5 to contribute to prizes! Both male and female participants are encouraged to attend.
Pickleball
Pickleball games and tournaments are held during the nicer months.  Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.[1] Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a whiffle ball, over a net. Stay tuned for updates!

Never played Pickleball before? No problem! We’ll teach you the game and provide a written set of rules. We also provide the equipment so there’s nothing to buy.

Pool Parties
During the summer months, enjoy our pool parties.  BBQ is provided by the HOA, and residents are asked to bring a side dish to share and a beverage of their choice – no glass bottles please! There is usually a DJ, fun games and prizes for the kids. A lifeguard is always on duty!
Annual Easter Egg Hunt
We host an Easter Egg Hunt for our resident children once a year around the Easter holiday. The Easter Bunny makes a special appearance. There are games and prizes and special eggs with special prizes!
Annual Yard Sale
Each year, Centennial Commons hosts an annual yard sale where homeowners are welcome to participate by having a yard sale at their home or combining with a neighbor.

Centennial Commons advertises the event, creating a ton of hype, so there is plenty of traffic. There is always plenty of notice for you to prepare. So, collect your unwanted items throughout the year in preparation and have a happier, less cluttered home.

New Year's Party
Bring in the new year with your neighbors and friends at our clubhouse and save yourself from driving on New Year’s Eve.  Complete with champagne, horns, hats, and fun, the Centennial Commons’s New Year’s Eve party is for those who want to bring in the New Year right!

The clubhouse has all the amenities we need: a kitchen for prepping the snacks and drinks, a fireplace to stay warm, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV to watch the ball drop, and if we are lucky, we might even catch a view of the fireworks outside!

Holiday/Christmas Party
Centennial Commons hosts a Christmas/Holiday party for our residents in the clubhouse.  It is always a ton of fun, and Santa is there to take pics with the kids!  Crafts and snacks are provided for the little ones!
