We are a neighborly, friendly, and social community of 300 homes with an HOA that offers numerous amenities to its residents, including a large swimming pool, full-size tennis/pickle ball court, playground, basketball court, and fitness center. Throughout the year, our residents relax and enjoy many community events including pool parties, Bunco nights, Pickleball tournaments, Easter Egg Hunts, annual Santa Claus visit during the holidays for our children, New Year’s Eve parties, and more! Front lawn maintenance is also a very popular benefit of our community, allowing Centennial Commons residents to enjoy a wonderfully landscaped community without being responsible for the upkeep. Our landscaping company manages the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our front lawns, including mowing, edging, trimming shrubs, adding pine straw to landscaped areas, and discarding leaves during the fall.
